		Matches Minis, Midis and Juniors Matches are played at both the club and Laurence Jackson School. The school is used Matches when there is insufficient capacity at the club. Matches normally start at 10.30 a.m. on a Sunday morning, with kick off at 11 a.m. Colts - Under 18 The Colts team play on a Sunday. Kick off is usually lunchtime around 12.30 p.m. Seniors Seniors play on a Saturday afternoon. Kick off is between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. dependent upon the time of year.
		Training Minis, Midis and Juniors Normally training takes place at the club. However, Laurence Jackson school is used as an additional venue when there is insufficient space at the ground. The under 7s and 8s use the gym at Laurence Jackson if conditions are not conducive to playing or if there are senior matches being played. Training starts prompt at 10.30 a.m. Players are advised to bring warm clothing, and the younger players should have with them, hats and gloves. We don’t want players suffering from cold particularly when training. A drink would also be helpful, ensuring it is in a plastic drinks bottle with a closable lid. In addition, the under 13s,14s,15s and 16s train between 6p.m and 8 p.m on a Thursday evening during the winter months. Outside of this period each team make their own arrangements depending upon player and coach availability. Please seek advise from your coach. Seniors Seniors train on a Tuesday night. During the summer this is at the club and throughout the winter both first and second teams train at Laurence Jackson.
		Subscription Under 7s to under 12s Annual subscriptions are £30 per player. These are due in September. Please pay your team coach. Cheques should be made payable to: GRUFC Minis and Juniors Players joining from January pay £15 Under 13s – Under 18s Annual subscriptions are £30 per player. These are due in September. Please pay your team coach. Cheques should be made payable to: GRUFC Minis and Juniors Players joining in January pay £15 Seniors Seniors also pay £30 per year. Again these are due in September. Please complete your club membership form and return with remittance to Mike Richardson, the Club Steward. Senior players also pay match fees each game they play.

		Registrations - All New players Must register with the RFU Minis, Midis and Juniors Please collect a registration form from your team coach. Although the RFU form states 2 passport photographs we ask that you submit 3. Please return the completed form with photographs to your coach. Seniors You must complete the RFU form, ensuring that it is the senior form filled out. Failure to do so may affect both the ability to claim insurance in the event of an injury or the club being in breach of RFU rules for playing in competition.
		Personal hygiene Players are expected to shower and or wash after matches. Players should not be entering the clubhouse in dirty kit.
		Fixtures A full fixture list is available. This is only a guide. During the season additional fixtures are sought and you should always refer to your coach for the latest information. Visit fixtures page to see who the minis, midis, juniors or senior teams are playing next week

		Festivals Most of the teams take part in organized festivals and tournaments. Many of these take place either at the start of the season or towards the end of the year. We would encourage all players to experience such an event if possible.	School Liaison Programme Throughout the year the club, with the local Rugby Development Officer, organize and support a range of taster sessions, training sessions, and competitions. If you would like more information in how your school might benefit please contact Steve Robinson.	Committee Senior Committe meet the first Monday of each month. Minutes of the meetings are posted on the club notice board once ratified. Minis and Midis committee meet the penultimate Monday of each month, Again minutes are posted on the notice board once ratified. Coaches attend and parents and interested parties are welcome to attend. The Chair of the Minis and Juniors represents the section on the senior committee.
		GRUFC Summer camp The club host a three day summer training camp for all children aged between 5 and11 years of age. This takes place at the club in August. Please seethe application form on the documents page for further information for the 2008 Summer Camp Information is circulated at the local schools as well as through coaches. All are welcome. 		Tours Tours are organized for players to participate in. There are strict guidelines for the club to adhere to which allows such activities to operate. If you would like to know more about particular touring sides this year, please ask your coach.
